Becky Edwards has been an accompanist in the Dallas area for over thirty years. She served as pianist at First Baptist Church Dallas for twenty-three years where she played for one of the Sunday services and accompanied the Chapel Choir. This choir was made up of high school students and traveled all over the world. Becky taught elementary music at Northwood Hills Elementary school for 18 years, retiring in 2017. She is the accompanist for Richardson High School, Westwood Junior High, All Region Choir for Junior High, and regularly accompanies vocalists and instrumentalists for UIL. 

Becky received a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Midwestern State University where she studied under Ivy Boland. 

This will be Becky’s second year as accompanist for the Prelude Chorus.
